Quilts in Spring 2008

Our Quilts in Spring show is fast approaching! On the 9th and 10th of May we are holding our binannual exhibition, showcasing some of the stunning work our members have been making.
The show is usually very well attended, and this year we are aiming to make it our best show ever. Our shows are popular with Quilters, and are a fun day out for all the family. This year our show features Traders, Antique Quilts, Cushion Stall, Handicrafts, Demonstrations, Plants & Refreshments. We look forward to seeing you there!
Opening Times
Friday 9th May: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday 10th May: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Admission
Admission is only £1, with free admission for children under 12 accompanying an adult.
The Charity Quilt
For each show, our members have all pulled together, contributing over 100 hand made squares which have been made into a spectacular large double quilt, which has been donated to our chosen charity for the year, the North West Air Ambulance to raffle off to raise money. This stunning quilt, as well as others made by our members will be on display over the weekend.
